Ensure that Your User submits Support Requests in accordance with your subscription and Support Package.
Ensure that You or Your Users provide Pitch and Match with such information, specifications, or other
information as may reasonably be required by Pitch and Match to provide Support.
Use the instructions and troubleshooting procedures provided by Pitch and Match where applicable, prior to initiating
a (new) Support Request.
Follow the problem determination, problem analysis, and service request procedures that
Pitch and Match provides.
Use best efforts to allow Pitch and Match access to the Computer on which Pitch and Match is accessed, via the Internet when
requested by Pitch and Match as part of any remote service that may be offered.
You acknowledge and agree that Support is provided solely for your internal use to support your access and use of the Pitch and
Match System. You may not transfer or market, or provide support to third parties using our Support without the prior written consent
of Pitch and Match.
